Hunter spent a lot of time playing checkers with three VERY good checker players over the weekend, my Dad, my Mom and Scott. He routinely beats all of them except my Mom. (he only played her once though). So, I just played him and he smoked me! Granted I haven't had the recent practice that he has had,but still. It wasn't even close. I'm not sure if this makes me feel so great...on one hand I'm glad I have a smart kid. BUT on the other...what does that say about me??? I'll go with "YAY, I have a smart kid!"

no, i played him in december - he's really good at all games. blokus, included! i love him. he's such a good, fun, cool kid!

I love checkers but I suck at them! He must have a strategic mind. Good for him! I play go fish w/ my four year-old and I don't let her cheat and she still kicks my butt!
He is a smart guy. That's awesome he's such a whiz at checkers (I'm just more of a whiz)
