I have come to realize something lately. Wal-mart is a better place to shop on Monday morning...as apposed to Friday morning. The produce looks fresher, the shelves are stocked, much better.
Anyway, I was there this morning. In fact I was checking out. When all of a sudden the lady in the isle in front of me (double isles at the Wal-mart) drops a gallon of purified water. It splatters all over...me...and my cart and the floor. I just stand there for a second waiting for the rush of "I'm so sorry"...that never came. So, I turned around and said (just in case she didn't notice that the water that SHE dropped was all over my legs and Crocs, thankfully I was being extra fashion conscious this morning ) "I sure hope that wasn't pickle juice". haha With a smile of course. She just looks up at me and holds up the almost empty container of water. Giving me attitude for her mistake. The lady behind me says something about how rude that woman is...even the cashier says "I am so sorry". Not the woman. In fact a few minutes later, she comes over with paper towel and says "Here is some paper towel for the water on the floor". I look at her and then the floor and say "Oh good because it's all over" and turn back around to my stuff". She wanted me to clean up her mess. I don't think so. The lady behind me chimes in, "yeah it's even all over way back here". So go clean it up!!!
Granted, I wasn't mad she spilled water. I have and will spill many things in my day, but good grief. Say you're sorry for pity sake. And then, don't ask the person you spilled all over to clean it up. GEEEZ :)

People are SOOO weird! How can you not apologize for splashing water on someone? Why in the world should you clean it up?? Psycho!
wow. i can't believe people sometimes. get a clue! she better not have gotten hopey! or else i'll be hunting her down!
What a weirdo. You should have given her a real kick where it counts...ok, not really, but where is some common courtesy lady?! Seriously.
The best time for Walmart is 7:00 am. It is hard not to say something to someone that stupid. Excuse me..........
Weird is right -- really rude is closer. If it had been me, I'd still be on my hands and knees cleaning and apologizing to everyone in the store.
This is one more reason that Wal-Mart doesn't always appeal to me...who does that? For rude, for sure!
oh my gosh!! That makes ME mad! Probably because of the last bad run-in I had at Wal-Mart. What dumb people...
seriously rude. no excuse for rudeness, but since i'm feeling extra forgiving (easy to do when it didn't spill all over me) i'm going to give her the benefit of the doubt and assume she was having the worst day ever already and this was just the straw that broke the camel's back - if she'd had to speak, she would have burst into tears. i'm going with that.
and maybe she needs kristi to come by and give her an apologizing lesson! :)
