I didn't get to the grocery store yesterday, I almost went late last night just so I didn't have to go on a Saturday...but my laziness won out and I didn't go. I should have. Houston is under hurricane watch, so just about everybody and their brother was at Wal-mart today. You add tax free weekend to the mix and it was a big old mess. I was happy to get out of there in one piece.
Yesterday was Hayden's meet the teacher day. When did my little boy get all big enough for kindergarten? Hayden is a lively one and I'm sure he will keep his teacher hopping. I guess it kind of fits...her class mascot is a frog.

ohhh hayden is so cute! Tax free weekend huh? that sounds delightful! although nevada is pretty sweet when it comes to taxes, no tax on food and no state tax. hoo-ray. hurricane watch?? you guys just batton down the hatches, and stay cozy inside.
i can't believe hims is going to kindy. and what's up with a tax free weekend? i hate the thought of you guys being in another hurricane danger. and - not to be selfish, but i don't like thinking about it with my cruise coming up. or for my week in houston either. you know how i like storms. i'll need some lortab. haha.
Yeah, we ran into tax free weekend here too. It was a zoo at the mall. Hayden is adorable -- kindergarten is really a milesone - seems like it happens so fast!

We are expecting lots of calls here at work because of that hurricane (we sell the software that helps rebuild everything). I LOVED meet the teacher day! Looks like Hayden has a fun teacher - with the way her class room is decorated! He looks like one fun boy from all your pictures!
