I need a little brownie treat to help me through my day!

I've got a house-full of kids today. My friend Lori is having that laser eye surgery today. So, right after I worked out, Lori dropped the kid-o's off. We are so heading out for a fun lunch as soon as Hope wakes up from her nap. I still have about a row of those brownies left. I'm not sure how a whole row is still around they are soooo good, but I guess I have done a good job "hiding" them in the fridge. I'm such a selfish Momma. I just went in the kitchen and sneaked a brownie, no sharing. I cut one and put them back in the fridge. Hunter was the only one that spotted me, and I just shook my head and said "no none for you now". Too many kids for such a delicacy!! They would be gone, and I can't have that!!

Back to the laser eye surgery, I am way too big of a wimp to have that done. My eye sight is so bad, too. It would be nice to be able to see again, but I just don't know. I made a mistake of watching some Discovery Health Channel show about the procedure, and oh it looked terrible. Same with the boob jobs! There will be a time in the VERY near future when one of those will be needed terribly.

i could never get that eye surgery, either! i know people love it, but i'd sooner die than have to be conscious and let someone peel my eye open. icky! makes me cringe just thinking about it. contacts aren't that bad!!! and i agree - don't share the brownies. i'm sure hunter understood that one!

I need that brownie recipe. Sounds like you are in for a fun day. Hunter is growing up. He knows when to keep his mouth shut.

You crack me up with the brownies -- yay for you. Moms deserve their very own treat - no sharing!

Hee--the brownies sounds delicious! You're not selfish at all! I would love the eye surgery, but am way too scared to actually go through with it...boob job, on the other hand, will be attended to shortly after my last child :)

I got the eye surgery about 3 years ago and it was the best! Seriously, you should have it done! You will not regret it. And, yes, I too, am in the boob job line. I just want them put back where they were. Is that too much to ask?

Dr. Jeffrey Whitsett - Houston Laser Center

Both optomotrists I have had since surgery say what an incredibly clean job he did with my eyes and I can still 20/20 see five years later!
Becky and Karie both went to him too!
You will never miss your contacts or glasses . . .
