Hunter, Hayden, Hope, Hunter and 3 of Hunter's friends just got back from a field trip. (Hannah was lucky enough to get to go to the pool with her friend Katie.)We went to Shannon's Street Waves. Hunter NEEDED new bearings (now that I'm the "expert" those are the things that make the wheels go faster). Talk about being a fish out of water, me and my gaggle of children...in a skateboarding store...me in my flip flop Crocs no less. I can't find my digital camera...I think Scott took it with him to San Diego, but I needed a picture of that. Actually, the store wasn't so bad, it had more of an X-games feel to it rather than a grungy skater-dude look. But still, you get the point. Of course Hayden wanted the HOT TUNA sticker for his skateboard, he finally decided on something else...I asked the guy if any of the stickers were bad?? He just laughed and said NO they are all okay :)

hot tuna. i love it. those kinda stores always make me feel like the worlds biggest dork. my friend craig shops there. and places like "hollister" i feel like i'm not buying this see through crap!
yeah, i'm sure they're all perfectly innocent! ;) chris will be making those trips for us when the time comes. he thinks he's still got it going on. hee hee. i'm with hayley, i can't set foot in hollister, abercrombie, even american eagle, anymore. i'm totally out of it.
Dude, I bet you are one hip Mom anyway. When you walked in, the sales people were probably like, "Hey Hunter, is this your older sister?" I love that you asked if the stickers were bad...how else are you supposed to know? I wouldn't have known!
Where there is long boarding - there needs to be neosporin! Ask me how I know . . .
It is fun to see your family growing up. When we first moved, Collin was 10. Within two years we were driving all the way to Katy to hit the skatepark for his trick rollerblades. We celebrated the day when the park on Spring Cypress opened up.
Does he stick them to his helmet at all? That was the big thing for Collin.
haha. kristi - you're funny. hunter's old sister. she does look good, don't get me wrong, it just made me laugh. cause they know his first name.
for some reason i feel like a fish out of water when i go to american eagle with a stroller. i feel like all eyes are staring at me and they're saying, "what are you doing here? this is for teenagers, not moms". oh well. hot tuna...i'm still trying to figure that out.
