I found this recipe at Allrecipes.com and it's a keeper. I had never heard of these before, then one day I asked Scott what he wanted for dinner. He mentioned this dish he used to have at a friend's house called porcupine meatballs. It seems like it's a popular dish, there are lots of different varieties out there, but this one looked good to me and I had all the stuff. I've made it a couple times, and the kids like it...but Scott loves it. It's his kind of food.

Coat a large skillet over medium heat with cooking spray. Cook meatballs and brown on all sides.
Combine remaining soup with Worcestershire (you can increase or decrease Worcestershire to your liking), stir until smooth, then spoon over meatballs. Cover with lid and simmer for 20 to 30 minutes, stirring every few minutes

Thanks for posting that, those look really good!!
Sounds like a recipe the kids will like too, I'll give it a try.
These are great. I used to make something almost exactly like that when my kids were little. I had forgotten them -- and I think we need to eat them again! Yummy!
I am going to try them! I wonder what they would taste like with that "golden mushroom" soup. Have you ever had that? It is tomatoey - for lack of a better word, and might add a little shroom flavor...and I have two cans:)
I don't know about the golden mushroom...try it and report back!!
Looks delicious. I will try it soon. Your dad likes meatballs so I think this will be a hit.
thanks, heather. sounds yum!

Those sound good! Who would have thought with a name like that? Thanks for sharing the yum recipe!
