AHHHH Sunday

So, I finally figured out how to keep Hope (and Me) happy during that third hour at church. Typically, that third hour she is a little beasty. She is tired, way ready for her afternoon nap, and quite frankly sick of being manhandled. I went into the nursing "lounge" hooked her up to the buffet and said goodnight. Hope and I had a little nap. There really was only a 1/2 hour left (I had to finish my primary duties) of church. So, I wasn't being too bad. Anyway, today after church there was a break-the-fast so we weren't going home right away and she needed a nap. I was careful to see who brought what...and enjoyed some BBQ crock pot sandwiches and some "Better Than Paul Newman" dessert. Yummy. Thanks Carrie.

What a nice weekend. We enjoyed some great BBQ hamburgers at a neighborhood party. Chase, our neighbor, did the grilling. That guy should open a restaurant. Isn't it amazing how much better food tastes when you don't make it?

Glad to here my sisters and parents are home safe and sound. It would have been fun, but I'll see you in Utah in July! Holly will hopefully be having a baby right about then. Scott has made some of his famous smoothies so I'm out.
