Why can't we live like this all of the time?

On Saturday, Scott got a storage unit. (all his idea too haha) So, we worked for a while on Saturday afternoon filling up some boxes and taking them over. I did some more work today and Scott took a couple over this afternoon. All I can say is, why can't my house be like this always? Do we NEED all those blankets and toys and CRAP that just take up so much space. It does feel like a breathe of fresh air around here. We are having another realtor come over today. We'll see what she has to say about this house, and what all we need to do to fix her up to sell. Buy for now, I'm off to make sure the kids don't undo all the hard work I did today.

I found that after we had the house painted I didn't want to put much back up on the walls. Funny how we collect so much stuff.

That is one of the joys of moving. You realize how clean and decluttered you can live!

Oh man! Uncluttering a house sounds soooo nice (am I weird?) So, are you guys selling your house? It looks like I need to continue reading previous posts!! :)

I have someone in today cleaning my downstairs (it's a long story - -it won't be happening again as I just can't justify it) and you should see how good I made my bathroom look before they got here. They couldn't have found the counter if I didn't clear it off -- it's amazing. Why don't I do that for myself???

Heather, I just learned you were moving- I'll miss seeing you at church during my trips home! I hope you love your new ward/neighborhood/friends as much as the ones in H-town. Good luck with everything. Hey- excuse for a new winter wardrobe, right?

I need to get rid of junk myself... I just moved garbage from one place to the next. :) I totally need to de-junkify!

That's the one good thing about having a house for sale. You make it look so purty and clean you almost don't want to move
