The frustrations of a compulsive Mother!!!!!!
At the present moment I have 3 of my 4 kids crying/yelling/throwing a fit. It's so nice. Hunter would be too if he were home, just give him time. This last week, my children have thought putting away their crap meant hiding it in closets, under beds and it corners. The ugly Mama came out this morning. I went around to every room in the house and cleared piles. Well, I "cleared" them to the middle of their bedrooms, just so they know "what" it is I want them to clean up. There is no GRAY area here. it's pretty cut and dry. This is an example of "one tracking" at it's finest, right Holly, Hayley, Mom???

don't you get sick of cleaning up messes? maya is the worst. i will clean her bedroom and the next day, it's a disaster again. it doesn't seem to bother her, but it makes me NUTS! she's starting to be more help in the cleaning department, but she still needs specific tasks: take these shoes and put them in your drawer. take this stuff an dput it in the trash. i will be happy when i can just say go clean your room.
Good for you for getting your kids to work! Moms aren't maids, I tell you what!

i hated when our shit got bagged. i will know i've crossed into unwanted territory when i start bagging my "kids" crap someday... i will have to have a sit down with my self and work things out. poor kids. but hey - you got your house clean right? is that why you never answered today when i kept calling you??? too busy cleaning!
