Apparently I wasn't. My neighbor asked me to take them to the airport today at 12. Right in the middle of Hope's nap. Now, I'm not a super flexible person. I like a schedule, and so do my kids. I put Hope down, in hopes that she would fall asleep a little early... you know. She didn't EVER fall asleep and now she is crankin' around. She was acting tired...oh well. **Update, I just got back from the airport, and she stayed awake like a little champ in the car, and is now sawing logs in her own bed. While I finish this, and then go off to read my book and eat some licorice.
Okay, here is the other thing. Remember Josh, my haircutter, stopped cutting hair to pursue his "product line". Well, it's time, I need my haircut. I have put it off long enough. He gave me a number for somebody to cut my hair, "just like he cuts". Whatever. If I weren't moving I'd probably call that person, but I am. So what's the point. So, I decided to go to Lifetime. The land of free child care. The last time Hannah got her hair cut, this one lady cut it and I said to myself, "Self, she would do a good job on your hair". Well, I couldn't remember her name. And neither can anybody at Lifetime. Hmmmm. When I made appointments for the boys, I said I want that lady that at the end. When I showed up, it was the wrong lady. They put the boys with the lady next to the end. Okay for the boys, but not me. Anyway, I didn't love her. So, I made an appointment, and I called just to make sure I had the right person booked. WRONG again! Now I'm feeling all out of sorts, and just want Josh back. Why does it have to be so hard??
Oh, and I'm officially sick of being in limbo with this move. I'm trying to keep a happy face on, but I was up early this morning...just thinking. And somebody "fished" us and stole 1000$$ out of our new Wells Fargo checking account yesterday. GRRRRR.

i hear you heather. my girl just left to go to another salon downtown. i liked her, but not enough to drive downtown for a hair cut. i'll find someone new, but its always a little scary.
The hair thing is huge -- Mark really doesn't get it but it's really a mess when you have to switch. I hate that.
Yikes what's this fishing business?? Why do we have criminals in this world? They burn me up! Sorry about your hair. It's such a pain. I still go to my Utah guy.
You got phished? Ugh. Did you respond to an email? That really stinks. I'm sorry that happened. And sorry you are in limbo. That cannot be easy.
Scott responded to an email. Is that how you spell it? Good to know. He responded to an email about our new account. How do they know?? That sucks.
what the h does fished mean? i need to know about this. sorry about the hair thing. i'm super picky about mine, too.
hayley said suck a duck. i will SO be working that into the convo tonight.
Yikes!!! Those email scams are freaky dinky. I never EVER respond to a bank email. They set up a code so that when you follow the link and log in, they get your account number. Or at least that I how some of them work. Sorry!
Yeah, that's what it was and how it works. We get those dumb emails all the time and don't respond, but we had just set up a new account...and well we fell for it.
We should get our money back.
I hear about stuff like this all the time and I always think it will never happen to me. Thanks for the reminder. At least I won't fall for that one.
No way!! They say NEVER to respond to emails from your bank. It's just to risky. well, I guess I'm preaching to the choir now that you are already down 1000 bucks. that REALLY bites it. big time.
Hope this move thing goes smoothly, that you can get some sleep, and MOST IMPORTANTLY, that you can find some peace with your hair. It's impossible to be happy when you HATE your haircut.
How was the haircut today?
