I love those girls. I can't wait to see each of them again in less than a week now. Holly might even have a new little baby for me to love on. It's so funny how much alike we all are. When Heidi and I had our first babies, she lived in Utah and I lived in San Diego, CA. The first time we got together after the babies were born, we just laughed, because most of the baby things we had bought were the same...same stroller, same car seat you name it. We hadn't even discussed what we were each buying, we just had the same taste and bought the same things. With Holly now that we have been blogging I have noticed that some of our comments are the same. Most times now I will read what she says before I publish my comments. You don't know how many times I have written something WITHOUT looking at what she says, and it's exactly what I would have (or did) say. The first day Hayley was here for the "spring break tour" I kept thinking "I didn't leave my sunglasses here???" Yup, we had the same glasses. It's just funny, out of all the choices, we end up with the same ones!
I've got a lot of good memories growing up in a household of all women+Dad. I know when Heidi went off to kindergarten I cried at the door for my "Dee Dee" to come home. I remember pretending to be Maria vonSlaven...or something, and Holly laughing laughing laughing. Hayley and I used to share a room and I remember telling Hayley her favorite stories over and over. Oh and trips to Disneyland! We'd stay in the park from the moment it opened until midnight when it closed. My parents would specially pick our dates to visit to get the long hours. None of this til 9:00pm crap for us-no way. I remember being so tired we would just collapse on the bed for a few hours of sleep to do it all again.
As a teenager, (remember I'm a second child) I remember wanting to be different from my sisters, to be unique I guess....find my own individuality, but now I like to see just how a like we are. Now, if I could just get them all to move to Texas...

I so enjoyed your blog today. Good memories... We just keep making new wonderful memories. Nothing like a Jones Disneyland vacation. I actually don't think I could open and close the park now but I sure remember when we did and with little children. I look forward to seeing you in St. George when you come for the peek at Will.
that was a fun blogger heather feather. and i enjoy how mom also likes to make us the same, by buying us the same clothes, etc. hey - we live in different states, why not have the same wardrobe. and you were always a good sister to share a room with. even if i had to sit up all night long if i so much as sniffled :) but - i think you should move here. it'd be easier! and i can't wait (literally) to see you all again, soon. and then again in september. this year is making up for the last few where i haven't seen you guys at all!!!
That is one gorgeous picture! We did have it good, I think we'll all agree.
You girls are all so fun. I wish I had a sister.
I just noticed Hayley's pants are the exact same pair I have, Old Navy right?
sorry - jori, those pants are a pair of capri's from american eagle... i got them on that trip, as a matter of fact!
You have a fun family. Your parents did a good job with you girls. And you girls have done a good job with yourselves and your nice families.
ooh, the jealousy of sisterhood is about to come out. you guys are so cute and so lucky to have one another. oh, and heidi doesn't look like i imagined her. now i have to recreate her in my mind. (since she's the mysterious jones girl.)
What a tender post. you gotta love sisters--they're the best!
By the way, Heather, thanks for mentioning why I am wet in the picture. Otherwise, it would have really been an unexplained terrible picture of me!
i love this post too. how fun that you are so so close to your sisters. i know how cherished those sister bonds are...i'm lucky enough to have them too!
