Good ideas! Do you suppose I could do this as my second resistance workout? (like instead of doing weights twice a week?)

Shauna, I'd do it as my 3rd resistance workout for the week :) If I had to pick I'd still do old fashioned weights 2 days a week, but certainly add this...but that's just me.
