No Dodo today, but I'm getting my pie tomorrow.

I (should I say we...Hope is here too) made it. Ohhhh, it was a long day. We sat in the plane on the run-way for two hours. And, it was Hope's nap-time. The pilot kept the fasten seat belt sign on for way too long! Uhhhhg. For anyone that has been around Hope that last fifteen minutes of church, well it was like that on and off for those two hours. She would break it up and give me some cute little smiles so I still liked her. Poor kid, it was miserable. I sat next to two little kids exactly Hunter and Hannah's ages, kinda' funny, who were going out to see their Mom. I got the whole scoop :). The other part of my family is in route, we will see them tomorrow. At least it was a few hours of torture and not 24hours. No Dodo today, but we are going tomorrow. I got it just way too late. Hayley and I are hitting her gym early(ish) so we can order up some yummy pie and eating it all!

ugh, i get so annoyed about plane delays. chris had a day like that recently - in the plane on the ground for 2 hours - finally let out - in the aiport for half the day. his thought was, at least i didn't have the kids with me. anyway, glad you made it! we'll be flying later this week and hoping for smooth sailing - er - flying. keep us posted on your meals! :) that's my favorite part.

You won't be disappointed in the pie. I promise.

We got a Sour Creme Lemon pie yesterday and only sampled last night. Today we will do some real damage. So glad you are in. Yes,flying is not all friendly and sometimes you have some really bad luck but take it from a frequent flyer, it is worth it.

Oh wow, two hours on a plane with a baby. My claustrophobia would have kicked in. Something about those seats are bearable when you are moving, but when still on the tarmac? I would have been sweating bullets. Whew. I'm glad you made it! Hope Scott and the kids make it safely as well.

oh gosh, what a situation with your flight! i've flown with Gracie a lot, but I've heard so many flight delay stories like yours lately that I'm crossing my fingers our flights run smooth next week. glad you made it though, have so much fun!

Man oh man.. I feel your pain with the flight delay (what airline?). As far as doing that with a baby -you've got me beat! I KNOW I would not have had patience..but now you are in beautiful Utah!
