Here's the cute book I got in the mail from Jan! Jori picked names for a fun children's book swap and Jan got my name. I've never read that one, and I really liked it. It's a cute story about a Grandma, Grandpa, a little girl and their hello/goodbye window. It's a Caldecott Honor book from 2006 I think. Thanks Jan.
She is crying/whining ...NOT smiling.
She has been chewing on the thera-band thingee and that black rubber bracelet like there is no tomorrow. It's making her happy so I'm going with it!It has been a loooong day with this girl. She has about 4 teeth that are coming in. Her nose is running and she has been a crabby girl today. I'm kind of scared to nurse her...she might use me as a teether! Bed is calling to her.

I stink too, I ordered Kristi's today. I noticed the red eye but was too lazy to fix and I also thought it was fitting for her to have the "demon eyes" today!!
poor hopey. mason is suffering with teeth right now, too. that's no fun! i'm glad you like the hello goodbye window. i think it's such a sweet book, and the illustrations are sooo lovely.

I love this book so much -- I'm glad it got there already! They were fast, Heather! I love the message it gives about the love between grandkids and grandparents and how important it is. I'm glad you like it.
Little Hope is in pain cutting those teeth. Do they still use that numbing gel on the gums? I like her brown shirt. She needs her Grandma.
